deaconoutfitters.com gift certificates are available in any amount and may be used for online shopping, mail orders as well as conventions. Gift Certificates can only be used for merchandise and have no expiration date. Any remaining balance will be given in gift certificate form.

Return Policy
We want you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any doubt or questions, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, before returning the merchandise, you must contact us via email or telephone 207.571.8274 for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of purchasing. Merchandise returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the customer with an additional freight charge.
To guarantee a full refund, please return merchandise to us in the same original packaging as it was received. Poorly packaged items may cause breakage in delivery to us and are then non-returnable. We require return items are in the same condition as when we sent them out.

Apparel Returns
To insure that we are only selling first quality apparel to our customers, we must make sure returned apparel has not been worn. Therefore all apparel must be returned to us in the exact same condition it was received and shipped within 2 weeks following your receiving the product. Please note, the cost of shipping your item back to our company will be your responsibility. Special order items are not refundable.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse for you to receive within 10-14 business days. Should an order be delayed for an unusual length of time, you will be notified.
Oversized or heavy items may require an additional freight charge.
International Orders
International Orders will be based on weight and destination. Please refer to our rate as you check out or contact us for prices. We cannot be responsible for lost international shipments.
